No. As long as you engage with the program (e.g. complete a module, attend a training event) within a two-year period, your qualification will be kept active.

If you did not renew your account prior to the new version of the Aussie Specialist Program going live (mid-2021), you will need to register and complete the new program.

Only qualified Aussie Specialists in frontline seller roles (ie. retail, online, homeworker, etc) will appear on Tourism Australia's consumer-facing website – australia.com.

Yes. Agents can promote the fact that they are qualified Aussie Specialists by displaying the logo on their business cards or email signatures.
