of the ASP programme, you should:

comprehensive knowledge of Australia as a tourist
destination.

able to answer your clients' questions on travelling
to and within Australia professionally and with
confidence.

able to verbally advise and propose to clients
an itinerary based on their specific requirements.

Achieve
a higher conversion rate of enquiries into actual
sales.

comfortable with the Internet as a selling tool.
